Our Story

Kitt Labs was founded in 2010 by MK Blackburn, an operations and strategy leader with over a decade of experience in technology. While working across the tech field, MK saw a clear gap: small businesses, start-ups, and non-profits were being left behind when it came to modern digital tools. Big companies had the budgets for AI, automation, and advanced platforms—everyone else was left to make do.

Kitt Labs was created to level that playing field. From the start, our mission has been to deliver smart, data-backed solutions that are accessible, affordable, and built to last. We cut the overhead, focus on efficiency, and bring enterprise-level capabilities to organizations of all sizes.

What began as a regional effort serving clients in Chicago and Wisconsin has grown into a global practice. Today, we specialize in AI enablement, custom app solutions, workflow improvements, dashboards and analytics, system integrations, and digital strategy.
